往一个盒子里面，随机填充分子，并不是随便填充都能装进去。10埃的立方盒子装得下100万水分子吗？

在Builder界面中，有一个Distance参数，默认值为2.5埃，可修改。

该值的含义是：填充后，分子之间的最小间距不能小于2.5埃。如果填充分子太多，或者分子太大、盒子不够大，那填充失败就是必然！

报错类似如下：

1. 注意考虑控制填充分子的个数、尺寸，盒子是否装得下？
2. 如果要创建大分子高密度体系，应该采用大盒子填充，然后压缩到高密度，而不是一开始就用小盒子直接填充过量大分子！参考：【入门基础教程】创建高密度大分子固体、分子动力学压缩与拉伸
