往一个盒子里面，随机填充分子，并不是随便填充都能装进去。10埃的立方盒子装得下100万水分子吗？

在Builder界面中，有一个Distance参数，默认值为2.5埃，可修改。

该值的含义是：填充后，分子之间的最小间距不能小于2.5埃。如果填充分子太多，或者分子太大、盒子不够大，那填充失败就是必然！报错类似如下：
