另外非常重要的一点：使用 Scalar 方法收敛到正确自旋多重度上之后，得到 *.results/band.rkf 。重新改为 Spin-Orbit 后计算，将整个体系设置为一个 region，Multilevel - Fragments 勾选 use fragments，并在下方读取 scalar 计算得到的 band.rkf 文件，则非常有利于 SOC 的结果收敛到相近的自旋多重度。
